​Blue Tree Group is an investment banking boutique based in Munich, Germany, with a strong focus on mid-sized and fast-growing “technology-enabled” businesses. Blue Tree Group – Investment Banking frequently advises in international m&a buy- and sell-side transactions as well as in equity and debt financings. It commands two industry focused sector teams which are dedicated to perfectly assist companies from the Technology, Business Services, Retail, Consumer Products as well as from the Software space. Our clients include Private Equity firms, pre-IPO companies, listed companies as well as growth financed firms and traditional hidden mid-sized champions from the German-speaking
countries and the Benelux regions.

To strengthen our two industry sector teams in Munich, we are hiring:
Investment Banking Vice President (m/f/d)

Primary Responsibilities

• Play a key role in delivering financial budgets and overall growth as well as financial success, via the origination and execution of financial advisory mandates;
• Work closely with the Manging Partner to manage and develop national and international client relationships within the of the covered sectors of Blue Tree Group;
• Driving the execution of m&a and equity as well as debt transactions and the development of client materials, typically assisted by Analysts or Associates;
• Become Deal Captain in relevant transactions and manage internal and external teams; and
• Assist the Senior Sector Advisors as well as the Managing Partner in executing business development campaigns.

We are looking for financial talents who are ready to develop personally within a growing investment banking boutique business and to those who are interested in seizing the opportunity to become a partner at Blue Tree Group:

• Master’s degree with a strong academic track record and studies abroad;
• The candidate must have at least 5 years of lead M&A and/ or debt financing experience;
• Robust financial and analytical skill set as well as the candidate should have completed the Analyst or Associate financial training programme at an investment bank;
• Strong organisational skills and a growth mindset;
• Keen to develop new skills and to head an industry sector;
• Transaction experience either in the “Technology & Software” or in the CRS space; and
• Collaborate effectively within an international team and positive outlook with a “can-do attitude.
